Respecting Inner Self while Excelling Upward with a Purpose (R.I.S.E. U.P): Tuesdays at 4:00pm (2nd and 4th)

Talk Time: Thursdays (5th Thursday)   4:30pm

Freedom Fridays:  5th Friday of the month 4:00pm

Wise up Wednesday: 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:00pm
